Shipping policy
We proudly ship worldwide from our USA and Canada warehouses. No tarrifs imposed on USA packages.
Pre-order items will have a "Shipping Starts" date in their description, indicating when they will begin shipping.
- Processing time for express orders is 1-2 business days from this date, and 3-5 business days for standard orders.
Express/Priority Orders:
- USA & Canada: 2-5 business days. 1-2 business days processing, 1-3 business days shipping.

International: 4-9 business days. 1-2 business days processing, 3-7 business days shipping.
Standard International/Expedited Orders:
- USA: 6-10 business days. 3-5 business days processing, 3-5 business days shipping.
- Canada: 6-12 business days. 3-5 business days processing, 3-7 business days shipping.

International: 7-15 business days. 3-5 business days processing, 4-10 business days shipping.
CUSTOM CHARGES
Shipments crossing international borders may be subject to duties and taxes, as imposed by the destination country’s government. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by 1964
Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include duties and taxes, which are payable directly to your government upon delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
A handling fee will be applied to orders that are refused or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be returned to us. Our shipping partners (UPS, CANADA POST, DHL or FedEx) charges a return fee for this which must be covered by the customer. If we don't hear back from the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by DHL or FedEx and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.
